Join the Harvard Recent Grads committee for a Grndhouse workout, as part of the “Harvard Moves” campaign.
Grndhouse want to make strength training accessible to everyone. Lifting weights maintains and builds muscle mass, increases bone density and bullet proofs our bodies against injury.
This will be a total body workout. It is suitable for any age and can be modified and scaled for all abilities.
There will be a talk on wellness following the class.
