The 7CC is proud to invite you to Demystifying AI: How It Works and How to Shape the Conversation.

AI is rapidly reshaping society. However, much of the public dialogue surrounding it is dominated by a small group of technology leaders and insiders. Allyson Harrison (née Pemberton, Vassar ’15) and Sancharz Gore (Harvard ’19) will cover a high-level overview of how modern AI systems work under the hood; asking whether understanding the technology behind the “magic” changes how we think about it, examine what today’s systems make possible and discuss their externalities. By the end, you will have the tools to partake and shape conversations in both your professional and private life.
