Family-friendly volunteering opportunity with HCUK

Harvard Club of UK are offering an engaging, conservation focused day of volunteering for both newcomers and regulars alike.

You are invited to join fellow Harvard Alum and volunteer to help maintain a biodiverse, healthy green space! Come and get gardening and join in with conservation at Holland Park.

You may be a green-fingered genius, or completly new to gardening and wanting to gain some new skills with likeminded others. Either way, volunteering with us at Holland Park is a chance to get outside and give back, all while learning more about the largest green-space in Kensington and Chelsea.

Tasks are seasonal, and therefore you may also be planting, cleaning invasive species, building dead-hedges, and more!

All of the necessary equipment will be provided and on the day you will be given training on how to use all of the tools safely. Please wear sensible footwear and clothing, with your arms and legs fully covered, and layers for warmth. In the event of light rain, activities will still go ahead. Prepare to get muddy!

This is a family-friendly volunteering opportunity that is open to all the family. Please note that volunteers under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Places are limited.
