SAVE THE DATE: Harvard Emmanuel Dinner

The Lionel de Jersey Harvard Scholar at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, together with the Harvard Club of the United Kingdom, invites you to save the date for the annual Harvard Dinner at Emmanuel College.

Dr Jessica Berrenbeim, will deliver the after-dinner talk entitled ‘The American Middle Ages’. Jessica Berenbeim is the Associate Professor of Literature and Visual Culture at the Faculty of English, University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Jesus College. She has her AB (Classics and History of Art & Architecture) and PhD (History of Art & Architecture) from Harvard, and her MPhil (History of Art) from Cambridge. Her research interests are in medieval studies and, more broadly, in the history of writing.

Drinks will be served from 6.45 pm in the Master’s Garden or, in case of rain, in the Old Library. Dinner will commence promptly at 7.30 pm in the Hall. Dress is black tie.

Cost:

£85 per person for fully paid-up HCUK members, first guest of an HCUK member, and current full-time non-Harvard students.
£65 per person for recent Harvard College graduates (AB ’21 – ’26), and current Harvard College and Harvard graduate school students.
£105 per person for non-members of the HCUK, any additional guests of HCUK members, and all others.

Tickets will not be issued.  No Refunds will be permitted after the 12 June deadline. Reservations are not transferable.

Please email Joan to ensure your request is noted. There is a set seating plan for the dinner, and guests
